3. Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this window cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been received.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
5. When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from our warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and note that orders are not shipped on weekends. During holidays or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders may take 7–12 days to arrive due to high demand and international shipping times.
7. What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 17 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

All prices on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Contact us immediately if your order is incorrect, missing, or damaged. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit cards, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please contact your card-issuing bank.
